I had drawn this, start to finish, on one single stream on my tumblr.
It took 10 hours. I did not take a break.
I had gotten an ask earlier today on tumblr - it was a request for a picture of John and Karkat in Summer kimono with fireworks and water lanterns and I fell in love with the idea.
John is wearing his Kumono wrong, Karkat has little crab designs on his and they're just the happiest pair on this random ass vacation for what would have been Japan and Gosh, it was so amazing.
I had so much fun drawing this picture and I hope you guys like it, too.
